Ecco, quando si sente dire da un intellettuale francese importante
come Jean Daniel che Ségolène Royal non ha nulla a che vedere con
Rosa Luxemburg, né con Margaret Thatcher, né con Angela Merkel, né
con Indira Gandhi o Golda Meir. Nel senso che la Royal è molto
meglio. O quando lo si sente proporre l’originalissimo paragone
tra la candidata socialista e Giovanna D’Arco, dal momento che
quella che avevamo davanti nella campagna per l’Eliseo era “la
copia conforme all’immagine della Marianna ideale”. Oppure
quando lo stesso importante intellettuale francese dipinge madame
Royal come l’essere praticamente sovrumano “che ha scelto
l’eroismo della solitudine e della libertà”. E quando si
percepisce infine la convinzione, anzi, lo slancio con cui
l’intellettuale transalpino sente forte l’impulso a spiegare
tutto questo, ecco allora che anche l’italianuzzo che ha
acquistato Repubblica deve fermarsi a riflettere. E si domanda:
saranno gli effetti della famosa force de grappe?
